Dean is a commissioned traditional Notary Public & electronic Notary Public under the Secretary of State of North Carolina.  He is the solopreneur of NotaryCLT Signings, based out of his hometown.  He is a current member of the National Notary Association, as well as trained and certified as a Notary Signing Agent,  and background screened by the same.  Additionally, he is a Certified Loan Signing Agent through the Loan Signing System (LSS).  Dean discovered the Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent coursework, and decided to pursue the CNTDA credential to expand his notary expertise and service offerings.  That is where his vision to take his business to the national level and become NotaryCLT Signings™,  which helps attorneys in the estate planning world close on trust and estate packages for their clients in their homes, in addition to real estate transactions in all 50 states. 

Dean is also founder of the Apex Mentorship Program on the Skool platform, and the author of "From Trust to Transfer" available on Amazon in electronic, audible, and print formats.
