Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 90+ days prior to event (on or before February 14, 2026) receive a 100% refund of payments made (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations made 60-89 days prior to event (February 15 - March 15, 2026) receive a 50% refund of payments made (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations made 30-59 days prior to event (March 16 - April 14, 2026) receive a 25% refund of payments made (excluding deposit).

  • Less than 30 days prior to event (after April 14, 2026) No refunds will be issued.
