Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 90 days before the event (by February 14, 2026) receive a 100% refund of payments made (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations made 60 days before the event (by March 15, 2026) receive a 50% refund of payments made (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations made 30 days before the event (by April 14, 2026) receive a 25% refund of payments made (excluding deposit).

  • No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.
