The heart of this class is to share the 2 most important aspects of facility work. The initial screening of the caller who is typically not the signer and the Patient/signer assessment once at the appointment. I also discuss extra tools like reading glasses, weighted pens, vision card, legal size clip board etc. Also timing considerations.
